Meet the Founder
I’m Jordan Thomas, Founder and Director of Ozara HR.
With a background spanning both Human Resources and operational leadership, I have spent many years supporting businesses to manage their people effectively, remain compliant, and build strong workplace cultures. My experience combines hands-on HR expertise with senior management and director-level responsibilities, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges employers face every day.
I hold CIPD Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Human Resources, along with a Level 5 qualification in Operations Management, and have worked across a wide range of areas including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence management, organisational change, policy development, payroll, and business operations.
Much of my career has been spent within highly regulated sectors, particularly residential childcare, where compliance, safeguarding, and people management are critical to success. This has included acting as a Registered Individual and registering and opening new homes, as well as overseeing operations, HR, and compliance across multiple services and sizeable staff teams, while supporting significant business growth. This experience has enabled me to develop a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach that balances legal compliance with commercial realities.
